Conditions for the Work of the Copper Wire Recycling Machine

When using the copper wire recycling machine, the following conditions should be met:

1. We have to keep the machines stable on the ground, otherwise it would affect the sepration rate.

1) you just need to check if the copper granules spread evenly from the copper outlet of the air separator, if not, please go get something under the bottom of the machines to adjust.

2. We have to make sure the blades are sharp enough. Otherwise the wires couldn't be crushed, and would stay in the main crusher box, going around and around. That would make the temperature higher, which would melt the plastic granules, and then block the main crusher mesh of the copper wire recycling machine, finally make it stop working.

3. We have to make sure the air separator table screen not blocked by tiny copper granules.

If it's blocked, then the wind couldn't be blown up through the air separator table screen by the air blowers, which would affect the copper separation rate.
