Double Shaft Cable Shredder
QD-800 shredder is also called the hammer crusher. It’s usually used to crush the motors and the motor rotors. It’s working principle is very different from our cable shredders. The cable shredders use blades to roll the waste cables and wires in, then chop them into small pieces.
Cable shredders are also called wire shredder, cable crusher, cable chopper, wire chopper, wire crusher, etc.
Our cable shredders specially works for different kinds of waste wires and cables. Their structures are very different from the plastics shredders, they cut the wires and cables into short pieces, and get rid of the iron from them, which could increase the capacity of copper wire recycling machines, and protect the blades of the main crusher of the copper wire granulators.

QD-800 shredder is also called the hammer crusher. It’s usually used to crush the motors and the motor rotors. It’s working principle is very different from our cable shredders. The cable shredders use blades to roll the waste cables and wires in, then chop them into small pieces. The steel conductor can be thicker than 1mm, otherwise the shredder baldes would be easily broken. QD-800 shredder uses a big hammer to break hard objects (eg. The motors and the rotors) into small particles. QD-800 shredder is usually used together with our QD-2000 motor rotor recycling machine.
