Our cable shredders specially works for different kinds of waste wires and cables. Their structures are very different from the plastics shredders, they cut the wires and cables into short pieces, and get rid of the iron from them, which could increase the capacity of copper wire recycling machines, and protect the blades of the main crusher of the copper wire granulators.

QD-400 cable shredder is our small cable shredder, it’s defined by its capacity. It contains one main crusher host, and one discharging conveyor. There are drum-type magnet and belt-type magnet equipped on the conveyor. They are used to remove the iron from the waste materials.

The advantages of our cable shredders:

1) The shredded wires and cables are short, about 3-10cm;

2) It could get rid of the iron in the waste materials.

The QD-400 cable shredder is not that popular in our domestic markets or oversea markets. Cause it’s only about 15KW, the power is not strong enough to crush the waste wires and cables if you feed it a lot at once. So the working process is not that stable, it gets stuck sometimes by these waste materials;

1) QD-600: 800-1500 KGS PER HOUR (medium capacity)

2) QD-800: 1000-2000 KGS PER HOUR (medium capacity) (for motor rotors not for wires and cables)

3) QD-1000: 2000-4000 KGS PER HOUR (large capacity)

4) QD-1200: 4000-7000 KGS PER HOUR (large capacity)
