QD-2000 Motor Rotor Recycling Equipment with Non-polluted Process
Using dry crusher, strong magnetic roller separator and air separator, the waste motor rotor is crushed and sorted.
Obviously compared with manual dismantling which is difficult and requires high labor cost, it will be much easier to operate to obtain renewable resources when processed by this professional equipment.
The whole process is carried out in negative pressure.Before feeding the materials, hard materials like large shafts, bearings, gears, large pieces of hard iron, etc. need to be taken out in advance. The remainings enter the primary crusher first, the crushed mixtures will be conveyed to strong magnetic roller sorting machine to obtain non-ferrous metal and iron, and then the no-ferrous mixture material is conveyed to crusher for a second crushing, followed by air separator to get copper and non-metal materials. During the crushing and sorting process, a pulse dust removal system is configured to solve the dust emission effectively.

You will get final products of copper and plastics mixed. And the purity of the copper is about 95%. If you want to get purer copper, you could process these final products by our QD-600S copper wire granulators, then you would get the final copper with a purity up to 99%.
