Blade Material Often Used In Scrap Copper Wire Granulator Machine: 9CrSi, SKD11, DC53；

1）9CrSi：

     If the waste wires and cables contain much iron, you could choose the 9CrSi materail blades. 

2）SKD11：

     If the waste wires and cables contain NO iron, you could choose the SKD11 material blades. You could sharpen the SKD11 blades every three days.

3）DC53：

     If the waste wires and cables contain NO iron, you could also choose the DC53 material blades. The hardness of the DC53 materials is better than the SKD11 materials.

The iron would hurt the blades easily, it's better to remove the iron first before they are fed to the main crusher.
