QD-600 cable shredder and QD-800 hammer crusher are our medium shredders.
QD-600 cable shredder contains one main crusher host, and one discharging conveyor. There are drum-type magnet and belt-type magnet equipped on the conveyor. They are used to remove the iron from the waste materials.

The advantages of our QD-600 cable shredders:
1) The shredded wires and cables are short, about 3-10cm;
2) The working process is very stable, will not got stuck by materials;
3) It could get rid of the iron in the waste materials.
The QD-600 cable shredder is very popular not only in our domestic markets but also oversea markets. Not like the QD-400 cable shredder, it has two motors, the total power is about 22KW, which is strong enough to crush the waste wires and cables. That’s why it could be stable during the whole process and isn’t easily stuck.
QD-600 cable shredder is usually to cooperate with our QD-600S copper wire recycling machine and QD-800S copper wire recycling machine. It could almost double their capacities.
QD-800 shredder is also called the hammer crusher. It’s usually used to crush the motors and the motor rotors. It’s working principle is very different from our cable shredders. The cable shredders use blades to roll the waste cables and wires in, then chop them into small pieces. The steel conductor can be thicker than 1mm, otherwise the shredder baldes would be easily broken. QD-800 shredder uses a big hammer to break hard objects (eg. The motors and the rotors) into small particles. QD-800 shredder is usually used together with our QD-2000 motor rotor recycling machine.
